Description

This is the perfect place to spend your Wine Country vacation or just a weekend getaway. A 500-square foot private 1 bedroom granny in a quiet safe neighborhood. We want very much for this to feel like your home away from home when visiting Sonoma County. Thanks, Rhonda & Jeanine. The space This is one of the best places to enjoy the Sonoma County experience. This one bedroom unit has a fully furnished full-sized kitchen complete with microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator and lots of extras. There’s a queen-size SleepNumber bed and large closet in the bedroom. The couch turns into a twin hide-a-bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The living room has room to sit and enjoy conversations about the fun you had today. You can come and go as you please with all the privacy you need. There’s a private side yard for you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee OR if you don’t mind our little dogs you can sit in our backyard. We have everything you need to feel like this will be your home away from home getaway. Guest access The granny unit is separate from the main house and has its own keyless entry. You will be provided your own personal 4-digit code for the lock via Airbnb message. You can come and go as you please. Airbnb is now hiding phone numbers. Our cellphone numbers are in the apt. Feel free to keep Rhonda’s number to better access her if you need something. Other things to note The place comfortably accommodates two. The City will not allow us to accommodate a third adult. There’s a hide-and-bed in the couch for a child. While we do welcome children it is important to note this apartment is NOT childproof. There are cleaning products under the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen. YOU are responsible to make sure your children are safe. If you want the products removed please let us know. Additionally, if your children break or damage anything, let us know immediately. You may be responsible for any repairs or replacements. PLEASE NOTE: The City of Santa Rosa is requiring a 11% "Transient Occupancy Tax" and a 3% "Tourism" tax. An envelope will be left for you with the amount owed written on the front. We accept cash, check or online pay service. We only use one online pay service but Airbnb won't let me mentioned it here. Despite what you may read on the AirBNB website, they DO NOT collect taxes for our location. We are in the city limits of Santa Rosa not in the unincorporated county. I have letters from AirBNB verifying this if you need to see them. Only 1 daytime guest is allowed per the City Ordinance. Also, per the same ordinance, no amplified outdoor sound is permitted. Quiet time is 9pm - 8am. With special arrangements made prior you can use the driveway. There is one spot in front of the house for guests. STR permit - SVR26-028
