Private room with private entrance in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Private 3/4 bath. Has microwave, small fridge, and electric water kettle. Queen sized bed. 1/2 mile from shopping and several restaurants. About 3 miles to Fresno State University. Free street parking. Close to lakes, Yosemite and Kings Canyon, and definitely affordable. Guest access Peaceful front porch with 2 chairs and a small table. During your stay We can socialize as much or as little as you like. Been in Fresno since 1979, so pretty much know the area.
