National Wildlife Refuge is in walking distance; nice foot and car tours. 5 minutes to Alamosa, 7 minutes to Adams State University and the airport, 30 minutes to the Great Sand Dunes. Access to bedroom, bathroom shared with other room, guest fridge, dining room, kitchen, patio and fire pit, laundry room on request, and all of yard. Love to hear guest stories, but we want to be respectful of privacy. Semi-rural, few neighbors, quiet. Quick access back to Hiway 160 and 5 minutes into nearest town of Alamosa. Only 30 minutes to Great Sand Dunes National Park. Beautiful night skies, Milky Way is visible when skies are clear.
