This home was PROFESSIONALLY decorated and furnished by West Elm. From the moment you walk in you will be in AWE and be mesmerized! Come enjoy the outdoors and experience the world of GLAMPING from a Bird's eye view. Please note the Hammock and Pier are off limits, fishing is great off the banks. Fire pit is available by the pond w/ scenery. The space From the moment you walk in you will be in AWE!!! As if you had seen this home before in a home decor magazine! The home is situated in a 14 acre property with a fruit orchard, organic garden, stocked bass fishing, lush floral gardens with breathtaking scenery. Come experience "Glamping" at it's finest. We have all the luxury amenities of a 5-star hotel yet in the most beautiful scenic outdoors setting with the perfect night sky where truly the stars are as big as Texas. We have over 15 species of birds on property including but not limited to Bluejays, Cardinals, Robins, Hummingbirds, Red-headed woodpeckers and much more. We have stocked bass fishing. (Fishing is only allowed on the banks not on the dock). We will have freshly picked flowers from our garden (in season only) and come eat off our fruit trees (in season only). This is a nature lovers' paradise and we have something for everyone of all ages to enjoy. The neighboring property has beautiful horses, longhorns and cute donkeys. Bring some carrots and apples and they will love you. Perfect for romantic getaways for couples and for family gatherings as well. All of our homes in our community are also for sale. Same models designed to your specifications can be made by order. If you loved staying here, please inquire about purchasing a tiny home and putting it on our property or your own. Downstairs area is a common area for living space. We have a fully stocked kitchen with a fold-out dining table that can be used for indoor or outdoor on deck. We have a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with complimentary coffee, dinning table, and living room with 46” TV and wireless internet. We have Apply TV and Blu-ray players for your entertainment. The loft sleeping area is equipped with tempurpedic mattress and the softest sheets. The master loft is also equipped with a 32" Smart tv. Children and elderly please use rail when going up and down the sleeping areas at all times. We do not have a washer and dryer but housekeeping is available for $5 per wash and dry cycle. In the bathroom we have complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner. Iron and ironing board are also provided. Bathroom includes complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and hairdryer and more. Guest access All guests are freely allowed to roam the property as desired in regards to nature viewing and activities. There is a white house on the property that is off limits. The hammock pergola and fire pit next to it is off limits. Guests may use the fire pit close to the pond near the log fishing benches. Please do not enter the pond or the pier and fishing is catch and release only on the banks. All children under the age of 12 must be under adult supervision at all times. Other things to note Conveniently located 15 minutes from the Texas Renaissance Festival! WE are on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper into the toilet. All other items please use the trash bin. Visitor Parking is only allowed in front of the office shed. We do not allows visitor cars onto the dirt road. Washer and dryer cycle by housekeeping is $5 per load.
