Recently remodeled, owner occupied, Zen like house, in residential neighborhood behind More Mesa Beach. Two blocks from the bike path. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and public transport. We are 5 minutes by car to UCSB and 10 minutes from downtown SB. The space Recently remodeled, owner occupied, Zen like house with peaceful guest room in private wing with private bath. There is a desk in the room. The guest bath has double sinks with a custom marble shower that includes a rain head shower. We have bamboo and slate flooring throughout the house. The backyard is lush with palm trees and the yard is perfect for outdoor relaxing. The house is gated with a private front court yard. There is a Smart TV in the guest room with access to Netflix, Prime, HBO and Hulu. There is no cable or traditional network channels. We have WiFi. Guest access Please note: this is an owner occupied home and access to the private wing/room is through the living room and dining room. Guests have access to the garden dinning area and backyard with limited kitchen access. If prospective guests want total privacy in a non owner occupied home then ours is not an ideal listing. We have had hundreds of guests stay with us in the last few years and we are very comfortable hosting. We enjoy meeting different people from all over the world. Other things to note Covid-19 preparations: All bed linens and towels are thoroughly washed and disinfected between guest visits. All rooms and bathrooms thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guest visits. Disinfecting wipes available at all times in guest bathroom and common areas. Common areas are cleaned frequently. Please note while we have 2 rooms for guests we always block out the other listing so that guests have privacy when they book just one room. Cat on premises with no access to guest rooms.
