Tenants must return the cottage in the state in which they found it upon arrival. A fee of €150 to €250 (depending on the number of guests) will be claimed if the cottage has not been cleaned upon departure. the deposit will be returned 48 hours after departure after verifying the conformity of the original condition of the premises. In the absence of compliance, a deduction will be made from the costs of restoring the premises and the value of the missing or damaged equipment.
