Red Pine 4 bdr Black's Cliff Resort with fireplace

Red Pine is a 4 bdr home a block away from our resort, Black's Cliff, on the lake with its own private driveway and dock area. It is 2 levels with living area, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathroom (URL HIDDEN) Pine has both a deck looking out at the lake and a screened in porch. It is 75 feet up on a hill looking out at Lower Kaubashine Lake. Great for families or groups to enjoy with plenty of room up to 10 people The space Red Pine is a beautiful lake home on 200 acre Lower Kaubashine Lake. It has its own dock with row boat, canoe, paddle boat and row boat. It gives enough room with two levels for big groups up to 10 people. Fishing off the pier or out on the lake yields pan fish, northern, bass and muskie. The house has a fireplace and fire pit outside with wood provided Charcoal grill is provided bring along charcoal and lighter fluid. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and dock area. 2 blocks from Red Pine is our resort with guests can use the larger swimming area, playground and community/rec room and sauna We also have 3/4 miles of hiking and snowshoe trails across the road over our 80 acres of woods. Weather permitting during the winter we have a skating rink at the resort. 6 and 9 horse motors and Pontoon boat rentals are also available through the resort for guests Other things to note We ask if possible for guests to bring towels kitchen and bathroom. If you need them please ask and we will provide Bring along charcoal for weber grill and lighter fluid. We supply wood for both the fireplace and firepit. You bring along useable stuff in the kitchen and bathroom like shampoo, napkins, paper towels, spices and coffee. Dog Policy: No barking All guest dogs must be on a leash unless at dog park. Remember your pooper scooper. No dogs at the beach during swimming hours Dogs may swim at doggie beach all day. Dogs are not to be left in the cabins alone unless they are confined in an indoor dog kennel or permission has been granted by office to be left alone. You will be held responsible for any damage, including pet hair on the furniture or bedding or dog scratches in our doors, screens and windows. Dogs are not to be on our bedding or furniture.
