On the first floor there is a large open kitchen with a dining area, a family room with great views from the bay window, a game room with a ping pong table and laundry,and a two bedrooms. Upstairs has four bedrooms, two baths with a front and back deck. Great house multiple families to enjoy staying across from the beach. The space Permit #201011 Large home with an open concept floor plan, has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main living space is on the first floor with two bedrooms and the second floor has four bedrooms with two baths. This home has an amazing enclosed sleeping quarters on second floor balcony with built in bunk beds outside, allowing you to listen to the waves crashing all throughout the night. Additionally, a huge back deck with barbeque and plenty of outdoor seating to hang out. There is also a private guest studio off the back deck, available by the week for an additional cost of $1200 when renting the main house. It contains a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchenette, partial ocean view, two twin beds, fireplace and flat screen TV. Guest access Guest has full access to the home, must check in and out through Cheshire Rio Management Office. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for two cars and any other vehicles must park of the street but is not guaranteed. Other things to note Check in and out through property management office two minutes away from home. Please contact us if you will be arriving after 5 pm, so we can prompt you for an after hours check in. The house is supplied with a starter pack of paper products and cleaning supplies, should last for a week stay dependent of your group size. Santa Cruz County does not permit single use plastic toiletries in hotels or vacation rentals, please check with us prior to your arrival for anything beyond hand/body soaps. This home does not supply linens, due to the massive size of the home once reservations are booked we ask to see how many beds are going to be used. Dependent on the size of your group there will be an additional linen fee requested once your reservation is confirmed. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties. Violation of the pet rules may result in forfeiture of your deposit. WIFI, CABLE, PGE RECEPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED BY CHESHIRE RIO REALTY. Refunds are not normally given if these services are interrupted during your stay by the service provider.
