Peaceful and relaxing stay at our home. Summer 2025 rental for an absolutely beautiful stay with children in Santa Barbara. Spacious and gorgeous home close to beach, parks. Enjoy, beautiful hikes, quiet home, access to many beaches nearby. Bike and a ping pong table available.. Peaceful and beautiful. Nearby bluffs for morning walks, jogging or bicycling. This is our primary residence we rent out when we leave town, hence it is a lived in space. A creek and playground nearby. The space The layout of the house is uniques with two sides of the house with a courtyard in the middle. The master bedroom with a lovely bathroom and patio on one side for the parents. Two rooms, kitchen, family room and patio outside the kitchen on the other side. A huge high ceiling living room in the middle. With lots of light and sliding glass doors around the house. Middle courtyard with a lovely fountain. Guest access Ideal for older folks as it is one level. Most of the house is accessible. We close two of the rooms but master bedroom and two other rooms are available. parking in driveway. Washing machine and dryer. Other things to note Lived-in home and will not be like a hotel room. Yet, cozy and inviting. Very comfortable and spacious house. Quiet neighborhood that is safe. Fully equipped kitchen with everything one needs. No parties allowed. No pets.
