Spacious Town Home with 3 BR, 2 Full+ Half bath, Dining Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Sun Room, Laundry, and Pool in summer. Main level has a dining room, walk-through kitchen, large living room, large half-bath,and enclosed sunroom. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bath in the hall. The master bedroom has a double sink vanity with a separate walk-in shower/toilet room. The home is in a quiet, well maintained townhome community. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT FOR MORE THAN A 30 DAYS PERIOD. The space Access to Wifi is available with Firestick and NoCable HDTV. Log into our Netflix our Amazon Prime video account for the free movies and TV Series episodes. (Log in with your own Amazon Prime account for Pay-for-View.) Community pool is available during summer months. there are 2 dedicated parking spaces in front. Kids are welcome. In addition to a queen bed, extra sleeping space for little ones is available if needed on the full-size futon in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and a third bedroom has 2 extra-long twin beds, which will accommodate 6-foot teens or adults. If extra sleep space is needed, the 3 long sofas on the main level could serve as "single" sleep spaces. The sun room is another place to relax with casual seating and fire TV. There you will find a table for added dining space, kids’ activities, or use the space to catch up on your computer. Guest access Located just minutes from downtown activities and parks, the Coliseum Complex and Aquatic Center events, and any college campus in Greensboro. Just blocks to Country Park Lake and the Natural Science Center and petting zoo, as well as numerous local parks with beautiful hiking trails. Access to the Atlantic and Yadkin Greenway at Cone hiking and biking path just a few steps from the front door. Get to and from PTI Airport in 10 minutes and just 35 minutes to High Point and the furniture markets. This location is convenient in travel time and distance to all areas of interest in the Triad area. Whatever your reason for visiting Greensboro, we hope you will stay with us! Other things to note Due to the Covid-19 restrictions on public swimming pools, the pool is now accessible this summer but has a "number of guests per group" restriction. Please check with Host to determine if restrictions have been lifted.
