Please note there is no A/C, but the weather is usually in the hi 60's to low 70's. 1 off-street parking space, access to a washer and dryer & Wi-fi. Safe, secure & peaceful The space Independent entrance. Close enough to the action to walk there. Far enough to be serene and tranquil. Less than a mile from Seaworld. 9 blocks from the beach, 5 blocks from the bay. Guest access Access to laundry and wi-fi and enclosed back yard Other things to note As a courtesy I have bikes that the guests can use. They may need to be wiped down as they are kept outside, and tires may need to be pumped with air with air pump by bikes.
