We are located 15 minutes from downtown & very close to restaurants, shopping, canoeing, fishing, church, grocery. It is very private with lots of space for kids to play. It is close in but very tranquil. The pool is open 5/15-10/15. The space Located 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga on North Chickamauga Creek with an 18x36 swimming pool (open May 15-Oct. 15) in back yard. We are across the creek from the Greenway Farm which is a 180 acrea city park on N. Chickamauga Creek. The park has six miles of walking, running, hiking, & biking trails. There are three canoe access points. We are close to restaurants, shopping, canoeing, fishing, & downtown Chattanooga activities. There are golf courses in the area. You are welcome to use the golf clubs in our garage. The house is well equipped. MB has king bed, guest has queen in one BR and full in other guest BR. Master has bath with two vanities, shower. Jack & Jill bath for guest room has tub/shower combo. The large multipurpose room (20 x 40) has two twin daybeds with twin trundles. There is bath with shower off multipurpose room. There are flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, one in den & one in multipurpose room. Lots of games, books, and some DVDs. WiFi is provided. Large laundry room with washer & dryer. Extra refrigerator in laundry room. There are two tables with umbrellas, charcoal grill plus other outdoor furniture. There is half bath off screened porch by pool. Beach towels provided. Basketball goal on driveway. You can walk down by the barn to Chickamauga Creek. You can bring your own fishing equipment & fish or put in your own canoe or kayak. There is room to park a 25 foot boat in the driveway if you want to enjoy Lake Chickamauga or enter one of the many fishing competitions. Chattanooga is bicycle friendly if you want to bring your bike & enjoy the many bike trails. There is a small deck overlooking the creek. All you need to bring are your clothes & toiletries. Guest access You can use whole house. We still come to Chattanooga and consider it our 2nd home so I have not stripped down the kitchen. We have one locked closet & one closet with some clothes. You can use any of the items in kitchen - canned goods, spices, things in fridge or freezer. If you want to leave food items for next guest, great. If not, that's fine. We hope you enjoy our home and make many good memories. Other things to note I will consider renting to more than 10 but there will be an additional cleaning fee.
