Apartments of this standard are located on the ground floor or on the first floor – it is not possible to choose the floor or the side of the world The space The apartments in this module are of the same standard, they may differ only in details – when making a reservation it is not possible to choose a specific apartment, the allocation is random. The character of the Marina Kąty Rybackie estate perfectly fits the atmosphere of the entire village – a charming fishing village. Modern residential buildings (4-storey with elevators) are located just a few steps from the yacht marina and the fishing port. Some apartments have a view of the Vistula Lagoon or the forest. The youngest guests can use the neighborhood playground. There is a grocery store (300 m) near the complex, and in the neighboring fishing port there is a smokehouse, a fry shop and a fish shop. About 1 km from the investment there are two public playgrounds, a football pitch, basketball court and a gym "under the cloud". The main entrance to the beach can be reached by car or electric car (about 1.5 km). Walking along a charming forest path takes 15 minutes. A walk to the beach along the forest road, directly from the estate, takes about 20 minutes (2 km).
