Close to Bass Lake and Yosemite with many opportunities for hiking, boating, shopping and eating! Also take a ride on the historical Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad. The space Your private bedroom suite includes two rooms, plus bathroom. This private suite is at one end of our home and has its own entrance. The first room has a sitting area with full size futon couch; it has a very comfortable memory foam mattress and is suited for up to 2 adults. The first room also has a kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, and toaster; and dining table with seating for 4. Enjoy our complimentary coffee, tea, water, and popcorn...seasonal fresh fruit from our orchard may be available depending on the time of year that you visit our area. The spacious bedroom invites you with a Queen bed covered in fluffy pillows, and ample space for your clothes, including a dresser and closet shelf. Each room has a television. Also, to keep you comfortable, each room has its own wall mounted heating and air conditioning unit. The shared patio is appointed with a dining table and sitting areas perfect for enjoying a bottle of wine while watching the sun set. Guest access Your private bedroom suite is accessible via the shared back patio and has its own entrance. Lots of lighting for late check-ins and late outings with a locking key pad at the door to provide your entry. The 'Check-In' instructions give a picture sequence starting at the subdivision entrance all the way to your back door. Please park your cars just to the left of our attached garages.
