Two bedrooms, full bathroom , living space and the kitchen are located on upper level with another bedroom, full bathroom and second living room and garage located downstairs. Couch upstairs has a pull-out bed large enough for two and similar sofa bed downstairs can be transformed into a bed also big enough for two people. Kitchen has a microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. In the kitchen cabinets you can find cups, glasses, vine glasses, plates and utensils enough for 10 persons. Please be aware that max occupancy of 10 assumes that people will share queen beds and sofa-beds. Guest access Guests will be issued a 4-digits access code 24 hours prior to check-in. The code can be used on keyless smart lock. Other things to note Please respect the privacy of our neighbors. No loud music or excessive noise between 10pm and 8am. No crazy parties or gatherings. If received complains from the neighbors or police the guests who violated the rules will be asked to vacate the house immediately without a refund. This is a smoking / drug free house.
