Description
The A-Frame is a vintage 1955 Sears and Roebuck kit house, recently remodeled for your Airbnb pleasure! This A-Frame is set way back in the woods, yet is only minutes from the interstate, movies, malls, eateries, and all Montgomery has to offer. Kind of a "best of both worlds" situation. 20 minutes from Maxwell and Gunter AFB, 50 minutes from Auburn, and 2 minutes from I-85. The A-frame is pet friendly, all we ask is that if your fur babies shed, please clean up after them before you leave. The space This is a very cool classic A-Frame in a country setting that the city has encroached on. Because of this you get a very private place with all the benefits of being in town. Minutes away from Eastchase Mall, the movies, and of course Walmart. Guest access You get the whole place to yourself. We have a TV with Netflix and WiFi (WIFi is spotty at times, but it is the only one available in this area) but sorry no cable, you can stream from a laptop if desired. Huge yard, with horseshoes, tetherball, swings in trees, fire pits, a grill, and plenty of privacy. There is a small place for a campfire, you can either bring your own wood, find it in the woods once you arrive, or for a fee we can deliver a load of firewood to you. Other things to note The driveway is about 1000 feet long and comes off of a fairly busy intersection. We have a colorful address sign on the power pole by the street and a welcome to the A-Frame sign on the RED GATE which is a little off the road just to let you know you have found the place. If you come to a black gate you need to back up and go back to the right to the next driveway. It is an immediate turn back to the right past the power pole from Chantilly Parkway.
