The open floor concept for the kitchen and living room makes the space the ideal space to be together and to create wonderful memories with your loved ones. The kitchen is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked. The living room is equipped with brand new 65inch 4K smart TV with Netflix subscription. There is 1 master bedroom (with a queen bed) and 1 guest bedroom (with a full bed). Both have windows and amazingly comfortable memory foam mattress for you to recharge after a busy day exploring Portland. The bathroom is on the smaller side, has a brand new vanity and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. Please note that there is a security camera at the front entrance of the building for extra security purpose. This is a very safe neighborhood but we are always investing to make sure our guests feel safe and comfortable. We accept dogs and pets with an additional 30USD cleaning charge Guest access You will have fresh linens and towels waiting for you. You are welcome to take advantage of the kitchen and use our spice, tea, coffee, and milk. Other things to note There is 1 designated parking spot for you in the back of the building. We provide a towel and a wash cloth per guest along with fresh linens. There will be a small charge for additional linen and towel requests.
