Located in the town of Willow on one of the most desired scenic and quiet streets. This four (4) bedroom, two (2) bathroom farmhouse is located at the base of Mt. Tobias and has direct mountain views. The 1875 farm house is cozy, yet spacious and is newly updated. There are four bedrooms which are outfitted with two queen beds and two full beds. Enjoy winter nights by the wood stove in the living room and summer evenings on the blue stone patio with a fire blazing in the chimenea. The space Being located in the mountains, you will enjoy breezy summer days. An added comfort is the central AC that has been installed throughout the house. Visitors will have access to a gas grill, patio furniture, Wifi, Cable and laundry. The house is less than 10 minutes to the town of Woodstock and local hiking and swimming holes. Sickler Road is known for its scenic views and is a fantastic location for runners, bikers or anyone looking to take a nice quiet stroll. There is not much through traffic, so it is quite safe for these activities. Guest access Guests will have the run of the entire house and property. However, we ask that the sheds and barn not be used. Additionally, due to the mountain breezes, we ask no bon fires be made. We have provided a chimenea on the patio. Other things to note **Holiday rentals are a three night minimum** We are 20 minutes to skiing at Belleayre Mountain- 35 minutes to Hunter. The nearest international airport is JFK, which is about 2.5hours away by car. There is a land line and wifi, but no cell service. Iphones can be turned on for wifi calling.
