Full bathroom in the heart of the second floor. Large terrace attached to the bedroom with a dining area + relaxation area with stunning views of the St. Lawrence River and Île d'Orléans. A very large new and comfortable bed, beautiful private terrace at height with panoramic views of the St. Lawrence River and Île d'Orléans. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. The accommodation is located on the edge of a cliff, in an ancestral house full of character. The house has 3 separate apartments. You have access to the backyard, as well as a parking space. Minutes from the bike path, several convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants and a hospital. Bus stop a few steps from the house. Located 4 km from the Lévis-Québec Ferry. * Access to the backyard of the house is common. * Parking in the yard to the left of the house. * Dogs must be leashed at all times when in the backyard and cannot be left alone in the apartment unless they are in a cage (broken) and do not bark (anti-barking device recommended). * no outdoor fires or BBQ due to an incident.
