The views are breathtaking. The property itself is a duplex. Each home has a separate entrance, separate garage & separate fenced yard. The downstairs is also listed on Airbnb (Beach Side Styl'n). There are also places to rent kayaks, SUPs, and electric and peddle boats. - Downtown Ventura is open air, pedestrian only. There is free parking around the area now closed for pedestrians only. Lots of good restaurants shops, and fun. - Good Restaurants within walking distance. on Seaward. - Grocery stores close by. - Visit the Channel Islands. Island Packers is just one of the companies offering daily trips to the Islands. - Whale Watching - Diving. Ventura Dive Shop in Harbor Village is one of the good resources for information. - Biking, hiking, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, boogie boarding. Leo Robbins Sailing Center teaches sailing (check their seasonal schedule on their website), Outrigging (Hokaloa and Ventura Outrigger Canoe Club) offer free outrigger experiences on the weekend (check their schedules on their websites). If you bring, your own bikes, surf or SUPs/ golf cart, or other toys there is an enclosed garage space to store them. Home has a separate fenced yard. Home is completely stocked with all dishes, flatware, Zwilling & Scan Pan cookware, Vitamix, hair dryers, soaps, linens, towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys.
