The space Guests can take the elevator to the ground floor to reach the Plaza del Charco and directly enter the colorful life of the popular coastal town. Around the Plaza del Charco, numerous cafes and ice cream parlors invite you to relax, sunbathe, and watch the hustle and bustle. Just a few meters away is the picturesque fishing port, where even today the catch is occasionally sold directly from the boat. Several swimming areas and beaches are in the immediate vicinity, including the black sand beaches of Playa Jardín and Martíanez and the artificial seawater lagoon Lago Martiánez; you can also jump directly from the harbor pier into the sea. The central location offers the advantage of having everything nearby: supermarket, bakery, newsstand and numerous good restaurants. A large, free parking lot for the rental car is located at the harbor, only a 5-minute walk away. The TITSA bus station can be reached in about 10 minutes, and a taxi stand is right outside the door. Guest access Guests have a large shared roof terrace at their disposal, which is sunny all day. From there, there is a breathtaking panoramic view from Taoro Park over the Teide volcano to the sea. Ideal for sunbathing or even for drying the laundry. During your stay Guests are greeted personally whenever possible, receive an introduction, and are happy to receive tips on dining and excursions.
