All utilities included; electric, gas, water, garbage, cable, Internet and monthly house keeping which includes replenishment of bed linens and towels for stays over a month. The kitchen is fully equipped with plate-ware, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee machine and more. There is a small breakfast table in the kitchen for seared meals. A small work desk provides for a space to get business accomplished. The Queen size bed is fitted with quality sheets and a plush Goose Down comforter with built in USB plug ins on the sides of the bed frame. There is ample space to unpack your belongings in the custom made closet with wooden hangers and a luggage rack. The full bathroom is connected to the bedroom. There is a separate private entrance from the Main House. The property is located in a safe, quaint family neighborhood. Cleaning Fees apply housekeeping service before and after stays.
