This guesthouse features a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite equipped with a fully furnished kitchenette. Situated independently from our main home, it affords guests the same privacy one would find in a hotel. Please note that due to its size, we can accommodate a maximum of two guests and kindly request that no additional individuals be present who are not listed on the guest roster. Our guesthouse is a treasure trove of comfort and cleanliness, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay. We are situated in the heart of East Sandy, just off Highland Drive, a mere 20-minute drive from the airport and 8 minutes from Little Cottonwood Canyon. Our neighborhood is both safe and charming, with grocery stores, gas stations, and an array of excellent restaurants all within a two-mile radius. What sets our guesthouse apart is its secluded setting, discreetly detached from our home and located on the tranquil north side. For transportation, a rental car is recommended to access the guesthouse from the airport, although Uber or Lyft are convenient alternatives. The kitchenette is thoughtfully stocked with a mini fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and an induction electric stove top. We provide essential kitchenware and dishes for your convenience. While our Guesthouse may not rival the Marriot in size, it does offer access to an outstanding TV with streaming options such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and more, along with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Despite any minor inconveniences that may arise, we are committed to ensuring your stay is nothing short of wonderful. Other things to note Please be aware that there is no door separating the main room and bathroom. If traveling with another person, please ensure you are comfortable with only a curtain providing privacy between the bathroom and the rest of the living area.
