We specialise in welcoming, bespoke, room only accommodation designed for families or groups travelling within the National Park at our Guesthouse Bellavista. Immediately opposite the tourist office, train station, Sweeny Cruises & the John Muir Way, we are surrounded by excellent pubs with Live music, cafes, restaurants & gift shops. We are also 10mins walk to Loch Lomond Shores, Sea Life world, Balloch Castle Country park & so much more! Strictly no stag do's, hen parties or wedding parties. The space Being on the waterfront of the River Leven each of our rooms have either a waterfront view or garden view. Our location is second to none with dozens of fantastic attractions within 5 mins walk. even more 5-10 mins drive and plenty of day trips using the car or train which is immediately outside of our driveway. Guests always comment on how comfy our beds are and how cosy and clean the space is! Our rooms are designed for families or groups travelling together. Sleeping arrangements in each room consist of singe beds and 1 or 2 adult bunks. Guest access You are hiring ONE ROOM with bathroom or shower room. There is access to a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishes. You are welcome to use the garden and outside patio with sitting area. You will be given your own set of keys to acquire access to the property. As we cater for a lot of families there are quiet hours after 10pm & doors locked after 12.30pm. Check-in from 4pm. Check out until 10.30am. Other things to note Please note we are a family business, undergoing a refurb. This will not affect the quality of your stay but will definitely improve the quality of your next!
