Our little cabin is only 1/4 mile from Waterworks Park and Gardner's Creek Nature Trail, and a convenient yet secluded 5 miles from Calumet. We are 12 miles from MTU and 3 miles from McClain State Park. Enjoy the porch with lake views, perfect for cookouts and a quiet escape. Due to erosion , our steps to the lake collapsed last year, so there is currently NO LAKE ACCESS from the property . The lot the cabin sits on is shared with another structure, but guests are welcome to use the deck Quiet road, rustic cozy cabin in the woods some neighbors near property. Full, private cabin, grounds including deck on Lake Superior cliff overlook. Available by email or text for help during check-in or as needed during your stay. We love watching sunsets on the porch, hikes in the woods and stopping at Michigan House in Calumet for dinner. Walk to Calumet Waterworks for swimming, campfires, horseshoes, agate-hunting and a lovely shaded playground for the kids.
