My house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a pool table, 4 TVs, a fenced in backyard, private garage in back, and ample parking in front of my home will make your stay perfect! Whether you are visiting the college, hunting in the area, or here for a wedding, you will enjoy the simplicity of having your own place! The space The whole place is yours to use! Enjoy two separate living room areas; a “man cave” in the basement with a pool table, darts, and TV; a finished garage; a patio in back with a fenced in yard; and an office space! When I say a beautiful, large, cozy home... that is exactly what you are getting. Enjoy the space with family but also enjoy alone time at the same time. The open concept kitchen allows for a wonderful social time while the separate living area, “man cave”/basement, and garage allows for some peace and quiet if you need it too! Enjoy WiFi, a 55 inch Smart TV with Hulu and Netflix, free laundry in the house, and much more! Planning something special? Let me know! I will help in any way I can. Need special requests? For example: I use scented detergent for washing all bedding and towels. If you need or would like it to be unscented, please inform me beforehand. NOTE: There is a camera on the front entrance of the home. This is for safety purposes. Base charge for 4 guests. More than 4 guests costs more than the advertised price. Please be honest with your guest count. It’s cheaper for less people and more expensive for large groups. Other things to note If you intend on having more guests than indicated in the reservation, you must get approval first. Family reunions, holiday get together, etc. are allowed but on a case by case basis. Please advise me first. I currently have my Airbnb set up for a two night minimum stay.
