Private bedroom and bathroom in 100 year old classic craftsman bungalow in the Hollywood Grove area of Hollywood/ Los Feliz. We are one block from the Hollywood walk of fame, 10 minutes drive to Universal studios. We are half a mile from the Los Angeles metro at Western and Hollywood Blvd. Two stops to Manns Chinese Theatre and the Hollywood /Highland complex. We are walking distance to the Griffith Park Observatory and access to over 60 miles of Griffith Park trails. LGBTQ+ welcome 🏳️‍⚧️ The space The room has a private entrance and there is room for one car to park although parking is stacked.
