This is a remodeled 1983 camper located on our property just 5 miles / 10 min. West of Gunnison. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax - while also being close to town. Space for boat trailers, ATV trailers, mountain bikes, rafts, horse trailers and all of your gear. Ideal for families of 4 or less or adult groups of 2-3. We will be around as we live right next door and you will probably see us playing with our going about the day and doing chores (feeding horse, chickens, etc...) The space The GOOD- CLOSE TO FISHING & BIKING (directly across from Neversink fishing trail) away from town just enough, scenic views, fire pit, plenty of parking, kid friendly. Great access to river fishing, Blue Mesa Reservoir, hiking and mountain bike trails. A spot for the adventurous, simple traveler - there is a rooster on the property that will give a morning wake-up call. The BAD- it is a 1983 camper and the bathroom is small, toilet is functional - however it is not ideal to shower in, probably not enough hot water if all guests wish to have a hot shower daily. 2-3 night stays would most likely be ideal. Guest access You have access to tons of parking and space for your toys / gear. Feel free to wonder around the 2.5 acres and check out the barn if you wish. We do have plenty of space to toss a ball around and play some Wiffle Ball.
