Sunsets on Seneca

Our 1,800 sq. ft newly remodeled (2024) lakefront house features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There is one King en-suite bedroom/full bathroom on the first floor, one King en-suite bedroom/full bathroom on the second floor, and a small two-twin bedroom also on the second floor. The living room features a queen pull out sofa bed. The house has an open floor plan. The space Our lake house is fully furnished and stocked with brand new bedding and towels. The kitchen has all the appliances you may need to make your stay feel like home- stove/oven, microwave, toaster, full size fridge. It is also stocked with dinnerware, silverware, and basic cookware. Let our Lake House be your home base as you explore all the Finger Lakes region has to offer! The open layout is great for gathering and enjoying your time at the lake. The family/living room features large windows that provide the perfect view of the 80 sq. ft of lake frontage. Enjoy your morning coffee on the second floor deck off the master bedroom. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from the back deck each night. Have your meals on the Pottery Barn furnished back deck, just steps away from the water's edge. Enjoy cocktails at the end of the dock! The first floor en-suite bedroom has a king sized bed. The second floor en-suite bedroom has a King size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds with twin mattresses underneath that can accommodate 1-2 more guests. *There is a strict town cap of 8 people in a rental! No more than 8 people are allowed to stay in this property. Guest access You will have access to the entire lake house, deck and yard surrounding the property, and of course the lake and our amazing 150 feet long dock. There is a beautiful fire pit and a gas grill for your use as well! We also have a couple kayaks that are available for guest use. *Please note that you are unable to dock your own boat on our dock overnight. Seneca Lake is a rough lake that can turn on a minutes notice. If the lake becomes rough there is no protection for your boat...or our dock! We recommend keeping it at the State park marina a few minutes away and bringing it to the house to dock when in use during nice lake days. * The water depth at the end of the dock is 4-5 feet during different times of the summer.
