We are in the country where it is quiet and away from the noise of the city. This room has a luxurious feel and a memory foam mattress. See the horses or go outside and see ours! We're 10 minutes to Batesville, 30 minutes to Rushville/Greensburg. We got a new dog, Layla, she's a rescue and will bark at you even though she saw you 10 minutes ago. She's a sweetie. There's plenty of room outside to roam around. Laylas playground also has a greenhouse and a place to hang out The space The rooms are up 1 flight of steps. This is a fairly large bedroom with access to a walk in closet. The bathroom is at the top of the steps. There is a second Airbnb room across the hall,so if both rooms are booked, the bathroom will be shared. We have a full kitchen with all the things anyone would need on the main level. There's a refrigerator for guests in the mud / Arctic room. Outside is a huge 3 sided wrap around deck with a table and chairs for any smokers. We have a fire pit out back for our guests to use on those summer nights. Book both rooms, the cozy retreat and have up to 5 people. Sorry no children under 15 Guest access Your beautifully updated space is upstairs in a early 1900's farm house. We are very easy going and flexible when it comes to having access to our wonderful kitchen and dining area. We live here, so we can help with any needs, and we can point you to any number of local establishments. If you have any questions or needs, just ask. We will communicate exactly what you will be offered and have available to you. If you want to take a walk there's beautiful woods nextdoor along side our creek. During your stay Annie is retired so she can accommodate anything you would need. FYI a couple of artists lives here and you may see some art projects in progress in the office, studio, or greenhouse, please excuse any little messes. We have a wonderful dog Layla, she's a good girl and quiet . Our 2 cats are social and love attention if you're willing to give it. Other things to note Be sure to check out the horse. We have electric fencing so don't touch the fence, you'll get a wallop of a shock! Our wireless internet is pretty good, we installed a booster for your convenience.
