Broadway Suite

Very comfortable, cozy mother-in-law suite with outside access and private patio. Private Bath. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and downtown. Small pets allowed with pet fee. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. Linens and towels included. Suitable for only 2 guests. Parking available for one vehicle I ask that all guests staying provide a copy of their government ID The space Guests have full access to private room, private bathroom and patio. Safe room on premises in the event of severe weather Occasionally I meet with guests in the main house to visit Guest access Door to rest of house is for emergency exit only. Guests are not permitted in main house. Security cameras located on perimeter of house and in hallway outside emergency exit. Full backyard is not available for guest access. Please keep back gate closed - sometimes dogs are in backyard Other things to note Parking -there is space available for one vehicle -if you need to bring more than one vehicle please let me know. If my other room is not rented it is possible but otherwise there is not parking for two vehicles Pets on premises - My dog Missy stays inside and goes outside in our backyard. She does not have access to the private patio. To lock the door when leaving no need to put in your code just push the lock button on the outside You are in a guest room of a shared house. We go about our daily activities and will do our best to minimize noise from our area of the house. If it's bothersome, just let us know and we'll address it! There is not a full kitchen in the room. So please do not fry chicken or cook on a portable stovetop. Parking is in front of my house on circle driveway. Parking suitable for one vehicle in designated area
