Kitchen is fully stocked: • dishes and silverware for 8 • cooking utensils • an assortment of pots and pans • appliances including microwave, gas stove, slow cooker, toaster, crock-pot, blender, Keurig and dishwasher. • two USB charging stations in the kitchen Large backyard and a spacious patio. Backyard includes a substantial sized artificial grass area adjacent to the main patio. Great for pets and kids. Quiet neighborhood in a beautiful central location! Cyclist friendly neighborhood and secure storage for bikes under the large backyard covered patio. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. PETS UPON APPROVAL ONLY. Sorry, no cats due to allergies. Pack'n'Play available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, patio and entire backyard. Other things to note Home does have a step down into Bedroom 3 and the dining/family room area.
