Hello travelers :) My name is Tommy. I have been a Buffalo resident for over 20 years. This lovely space used to be my family's home for a long time, and we try very hard to take good care of it. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help make your stay more comfortable. The living area is spacious and cozy, perfect for families. Three bedrooms with comfortable queen and king sized beds. Two full baths, fresh towels provided. Please note there are a couple short flights of stairs between the bedrooms and the kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with microwave and refrigerator for heating up and storing simple food, as well as a gas range with and oven. Please be advised that our kitchen is very lightly stock with basic pots and pans along with salt and pepper etc. With that being said, we are located conveniently among many great local restaurants. Enjoy your stay and let us know if you have any question. We would like to help making this cozy space your home away from home. Please respect our space and clean up after yourself as if it was your own house. The entire place except for garage and basement room. We can be reached through Airbnb messaging system. If there is an emergency please contact us through the phone number listed if you have any questions. We will be popping in and out from time to time to clean and check on the place, as we still keep some of our stuff there. We also live very nearby so we can swing by if anything is required. Conveniently located in Amherst, near UB North and South, the house is on Niagara Falls Boulevard which can get you to anywhere in Buffalo in 20 minutes or less. Starbucks, Walmart, Whole Food, Traders Joe and Wegmans are around the corner, several gas stations around the area, big shopping complex down the street. There off street parking for 3 cars at the house. The house is located on a somewhat busy street so please be cautious when backing out. There are a couple of short flights of stairs with about 4 steps each at the house. Please keep in mind, our kitchen is very lightly stock with basic pots/pans and salt and pepper.
