Please add us as additionally insured. - No sleepover - No music after 10pm - No smoking - Include your setup/strike time in your booking time - Furniture must be put back in place and all trash removed - Walk troughs before/after shooting require - the kitchen is being remodeled currently - check for use Extra Fees: - AC/Heater $50 per day. - $100 cleaning fee (may be changed according to production size) - Customized pool service $50 (Poolman arrives usually on Wednesday) -deposit is required. - guests should be fully vaccinated or can present a recent negative Corona text. Guests that book 30 days stay: check booking 31 days for a better monthly price. It seems that Occupancy Tax is not charged when booking 31 days which provides a better price plus extra day!
