Cozy cottage with a view of the lake, just 25 minutes north of downtown Grand Rapids. Relax on the 3 season porch and view amazing sunsets from beautiful Big Whitefish Lake, a 550 acre all seasons sports lake. Close to 2 golf courses, Pilgrims Run and Whitefish Lake Golf & Grill. Nearby public boat launch for easy access to fishing and boating is less than a 5 minute drive away. The cottage is not on the lake so the only access to swimming is from your boat. No smoking and no pets please. Guest access Paved parking in front of WhiteFish Cottage. Other things to note WhiteFish Cottage is a year round property but it is a cottage. It has a 30 gallon water heater so there is hot water but shower use should be limited as hot water will run out if not used efficiently. The cottage is not on the lake, it does have a view of the lake but the only access to the water is at the public boat launch, which is less than a 5 minute drive away, for boating. Swimming in the lake requires your boat, there is not a beach area. Second bedroom has a curtain to give privacy rather than a full wall and door. No Pets allowed
