The space Large room with comfy queen bed in a warm and active family home. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to highways 101, 237, and 85. Street parking, bath, mini fridge, laundry, secure wireless, shady deck, and clucking hens out back. Kitchen use upon request. We have a warm, active family atmosphere in our home. The room is spacious and is on the bottom floor. Family bedrooms are all upstairs. Private bath with stall shower across the hall from room. A mini fridge, thick memory foam topper on the bed, ceiling fan, dresser, a desk, and closet are available for your use. Linens are supplied. If a family trip, an additional fold away queen mattress with foam topper can accommodate up to 2 more adults. An extra guest fee of $20.00 per person per night for guest #3 and 4 would apply. Early check in may be available depending on booking schedule. Backyard, front and back deck and living room are shared spaces. We have a fire pit for marshmallow roasting and a covered backyard deck great for pic-nics! We have a basketball hoop and a trampoline that kids enjoy. Kitchen and laundry may be available upon request. Plenty of on street parking. We do have 2 friendly in/outdoor cats. We are living on premises and available in person, text, or phone as needed. We can be in and out, but are generally home in evenings. We are a working family and are usually up and out by 8 in the morning on weekdays. We live on a quiet street, close to a park and tennis courts. Historic Murphy Street restaurants and shops are close by, as is Levi Stadium, Great America, Macy's, Target, and the Saturday farmers' market. .6 miles to local bus stop. 1.4 miles to lightrail. 1.7 miles from Sunnyvale Caltrain station. 6.7 miles to Mineta San Jose International Airport.
