AUG and/or SEPT: Montauk Ranch in Ditch Plains

PLEASE NOTE: AUGUST RENTAL WILL BEGIN ON AUGUST 3. Hello! This is our first time hosting on Air BnB. We have rented through realtors in the past and can provide references from very satisfied tenants! Clean, comfortable, airy Ditch Plains ranch. Well constructed, well maintained. 5-7 min by bike to beach or 15 min walk. Great for 1 or 2 couples, or families with 1 or 2 kids. Gas grill, deck furniture, air conditioning. Some space in garage available. Nice owners -we are easy to work with! The space The twin beds in the master bedroom are joined together to form a single bed. (Can be separated if desired.) This house is owned by 4 siblings who live out of state. It was built by our Montauk-loving father, a Danish engineer, with precision and care. Solid wood walls and ceilings throughout the house gives the home character and a special warmth. Enter house from back into an open living area which includes a kitchen, dining area and living room. 2nd BR not pictured ... it's 7' x 10', small, perfect for kids and non-picky adults! No closet in 2nd BR, but there is a dresser and hooks. All mattresses are less than 4 years old. House is approximately 800 square feet. This is our first time renting on Air B&B. We have used realtors in the past and have had great success finding suitable renters who often return for 2nd and 3rd visits. Everyone who stays here loves the space and the location!
