The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard. The space This home has three bedrooms and two baths. (New fourth bedroom optional). It has a large parking area (large enough to accommodate at least 4 truck and boat rigs). WiFi and cable TV is available for your enjoyment. The back deck if perfect for coffee and a scenic sunrise; the front deck is great for relaxing in the evening with a view of a sunset. There is a large cement parking lot with plenty of parking space for several boats or snowmobile rigs. The parking lot also has four outside electrical outlets suitable for charging batteries on boats or snowmobiles. There is an outdoor fish cleaning table to clean the fish you caught on the Saginaw Bay during your stay with us. There is a Dollar General and a Meat Market within 2 miles north on Huron Rd. Sorry but the storage shed is full with tractor and maintenance equipment and is not included in rental. Guest access You have complete access to the entire home and parking area. There is also a fire pit area in the back yard. The storage shed is not included with the Airbnb. Other things to note The home was remodeled with new beds in all bedrooms, new furniture, and new front and rear outside decks. The pole building has an outside fish cleaning station, and outside plugs to charge your boat and snowmoble batteries.
