Beach Views offers stunning views over Tahunanui Beach & Tasman Bay by day & amazing sunsets at dusk. The home is the perfect fusion of function & form - with a large modern kitchen, spacious living/dining and creative mezzanine area. The space Enter the home at the main level of the home with off-street parking, garage, open plan living, kitchen & dining, powder room & laundry on this level. Head down the stairs to the main bedrooms and bathrooms or head up the steeper nautical style stair with double balustrade to the mezzanine/loft bedroom. The Master Bedroom offers King bed, incredible views over Tasman Bay, SmartTV, walk-in-robe & beautiful tiled ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating, Shower, Toilet & Vanity. Bedroom 2 offers Single + Single beds or we can combine these for you as a King by special request. The main bathroom is immediately beside Bedroom 2. This bathroom is tiled with underfloor heating and offers Shower, Toilet, Vanity. Bedroom 3 is situated on the mezzanine/loft level above the kitchen & living areas. This bedroom offers Queen Bed + the option of a single sofa bed by special request. Please note that access to this bedroom is via a steep nautical style stairway that may not suit every guest. This room is also partially open to the living areas below. The kitchen is spacious & offers quality appliances and is well-equipped for meal preparation. You'll find the option of indoor dining with views or outdoor seating and dining on the balcony with views. There is a large gas BBQ on the balcony (please note we ask that guests clean this immediately after each use while it's still hot). We also provide a good quality coffee machine with inbuilt grinder & a french press. In the living area, you'll find comfortable leather lounge seating and large screen Smart TV with Netflix & Freeview options. Guest access You will have access to the entire house as well as a double garage. Other things to note As noted in 'The Space', the bedroom 3 is situated on the mezzanine/loft level of the home, above the kitchen & living areas. Access to this bedroom is via a steep nautical style stairway with double balustrade that may not suit every guest.
