Location can't be beat! 10 minutes from Red Rocks, 15 minutes to Downtown Denver, 30 minutes to Boulder. 1 - 1.5 hrs to great skiing! Hiking, biking & snowshoeing in the winter. Visiting Red Rocks for an amazing show? The Bungalow is the place to stay! Feel free to tailgate or bbq with friends in our great yard. The space This is truly a unique space. Your own guest house with all of the comforts of home! Super comfortable queen bed and a "bonus" room with twin bed. This is a large open space with an amazing couch w/ a long lounge attached which could be used for an additional person to sleep on. Fully stocked kitchen, new appliances and everything you need to cook or barbeque. You will have your own private fenced in yard w/ a covered porch, BBQ, firepit, outdoor table, beautiful lawn, flowers and vegetable garden. We welcome you to invite your friends or family to hang out with you during your stay. We live in a very friendly, unique neighborhood and the location is CENTRAL TO EVERYTHING! Guest access Guests will be able to park in our driveway (up to 2 cars) @ the very front of driveway in front of the garage. There will be no one else parking behind you during your stay. There is a sign that tells you how to get to the Bungalow along with a personal greeting from either Dan or Cathee (your hosts) and of course if you are a dog lover, our pug Doobee & our lab Berna will be happy to great you with a tail wag, a toy and a smile :) Other things to note Due to such a high demand for the Bungalow, we have to stick with our 11am check out time & 4pm or later check in time in order to get ready for our next guests. We have many guests checking out & checking in the same day. We are also requiring more time to do a thorough Covid clean. If you need special arrangements please let us know ahead of time and we will try and accommodate you as best we can. Thank you :) We provide coffee and tea. Smoking is allowed outdoors 420 friendly. We have extra shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. If you forget something more than likely we have it :) We also have outdoor games, books, magazines, cards, dice, etc. for your use during your stay
