Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Other things to note House rules House Rules Dear holiday guests! Our apartment/our vacation home should be a second home to you. You should be able to relax and rest. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help ensure a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you will continue to help us provide you and other guests with satisfactory premises. Overall Kitchen If anything is missing in the property or if you need help, please contact us with confidence. All items that are in the cottage and the terrace may and should be used by the guests. Please handle all furnishings and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. Since no one likes a dirty kitchen, please place dishes, pots and cutlery in the cabinets only when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot items on the tables or countertop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the inside of the oven and microwave oven clean. Damage No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would appreciate it if you could report the damage incurred and we do not determine this until after your departure during the final cleaning. The renter is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs. Ventilation To avoid mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least 1x ventilation per day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering. Due diligence We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage caused by severe weather or burglary. The resources of water and electricity must be used sparingly. When leaving the house, place the key in the designated safe (so it cannot be lost) Disposal The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Appropriate containers are available on the premises. At the main house on the right behind the front door Please only use trash cans and cosmetic bins in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them in the residual waste bin. Do not throw or pour waste, food scraps, harmful liquids or the like into the kitchen sink, toilets, sinks and shower! Avoid anything that can lead to blockages of the pipes (no hygiene items in the toilet). Cleaning Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to remedy this immediately. We ask that you leave the apartment clean on departure and put all used dishes back clean in the cupboards. Quiet hours In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask you to observe the public quiet hours such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. Also in the apartment itself, out of consideration, quiet hours should be observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Internet/WiFi Smoking The use of the Internet with your own Wi-Fi-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the Wi-Fi connection is free of charge for the renter. You use the Internet at your own risk. The landlord excludes any liability in connection with the Internet use of the renter. For the use of Internet access via Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi usage rules must also be taken into account. Please understand, however, that we (must) protect ourselves against misuse with a signature on your part. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment/vacation home. Please leave the apartment/vacation home to smoke. Please dispose of the completely extinguished cigarette butts in the garbage can Pets Pets are allowed by arrangement with the landlords. Parking It can be parked directly in front of the apartment/holiday home. Other public parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity. In the event of immediate repairs, it may be essential that the landlord must enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge. Key Please never give the keys out of your hand. A loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs. Liability. The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest/guests. Arrival and departure Arrival is by arrangement. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartment/holiday home by 10 a.m. at the latest. When you leave, the apartment/vacation home should look the same as you found it. When you book the apartment, we assume that the house rules are accepted. Thank you for your attention.
