500 sq ft of space! Private entrance, quiet country setting, extra parking if you bring a trailer/extra car. 2 miles from Intel site, 8-10 min drive to Johnstown,Granville & Pataskala. 18-20 min to Westerville & Easton. Full bathroom, kitchenette, cafe table, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster-oven/AirFryer, Queen bed, Queen sofa bed, twin roll away, coffee table , WiFi, Smart TV. Dishes , linen's, towels, shampoo/conditioner. No smoking (inside) Not suitable for pets Self check-in w/ Door Code The space This is a nice size room on the lower level of our home. We live on the second floor but the rooms over the Airbnb are guest rooms with little to no traffic. For the most part you will not hear sound from us. The room is perfect for two but we can accommodate up to two extra guests with a rollaway twin bed and queen sofa bed Guest access Private Bedroom/Living Room/Kitchenette Private Bathroom Patio/Deck During your stay We can socialize or give you as much space as you need :) you may see members of my family outside in the yard , it’s just me and Mike living here but the kids stop by often!
