We decided to accept pets in our apartment because we also have pets, but many people bring their dogs and let them relieve themselves on the terrace. This can happen, but it's easy to clean up immediately and place a bucket of hot, soapy water on the building's facade to prevent urine stains. The same applies: When your dog comes in wet from the snow, please keep it off the sofas. Provide a basket and a blanket to protect our furniture, as the smell of wet dogs is persistent. We would like to continue accepting pets, but given the lax attitude of some owners, we will have to charge extra for cleaning. If this isn't enough, we will no longer accept pets. Even with a cleaning package, please vacuum and remove any excess pet hair! For any apartment left dirty, with uncollected trash, or traces of excrement or urine on the exterior, a cleaning fee will be charged. Thank you. This is a private apartment, not a hotel! However, sheets, towels, a welcome kit (sponge, dishcloth, 30ml dish soap, dishwasher/washing machine tablets if available), a coffee pod if available, individual shower gel, and one roll of toilet paper are provided. Mistakes happen, so please let us know if anything is wrong. The cleaning team is on-site and can take action quickly, rather than having your dissatisfaction reflected in your final bill… a little human touch is appreciated!
