There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Pets: 1-2dogs up to 35 lbs are allowed in this home with pre-approval and payment of pet fee (no other pets/animals allowed in the home). Dogs must never be allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the home. Bring a crate if you plan to leave the dog unattended.
