About the Location... This property is located on the edge of downtown, convenient to US281. It is a vintage building in an urban area and is on a fairly busy street. The general area has very affordable housing. There is a small convenience store at the end of the block, so there will be people passing in front of the building. Traffic and pedestrian noise is to be expected. Please note: This apartment is not suitable for babies and children under 12. Guest access Entire apartment. Other things to note This is an old building with original fixtures. We keep the apartment very clean but the old tub and kitchen sink are, well...old. The finishes are worn in places - but they are clean.
