Please note the city of Santa Monica prohibits the use of this apartment for short term vacation purposes or if you already have full time housing somewhere else. If you intend to vacation in the City of Santa Monica, you are encouraged to stay at a Hotel or make other arrangements. The City of Santa Monica will send a code compliance inspector to inspect the apartment to inquire and verify as to the purpose of your stay.
