(We have added a child's roll away bed) Bathroom is shared w/ another bedroom. Bathroom has multi-person access TV w/DirecTV access, Wi Fi, Small Refrigerator, dresser, desk w/comfortable chair (if the roll away bed is needed the chair will be removed) & window overlooks the front yard. 1 additional room is available The space This space is located in the downstairs part of the home and has a lot of privacy. It is very spacious with a large walk in closet that is like a separate room, there is a desk located in this space. Guest access You will have access to your bedroom, shared bathrooms, kitchen, Eating area, patio and laundry room. During your stay I will be happy to share about the community and the area including local wine trail, Gilroy Gardens, Lake Anderson, Harvey Bear Park, Henry Coe Park, Local South County Airport is 1 1/2 miles away, in the middle or famous South County Wine Trail and bicycle area. Other things to note We are centrally located in-between San Jose Airport 30 miles north and 40 miles south is Monterey. Santa Cruz is 35 miles away. Quite country environment. This area has a low walking score, grocery store is 1 1/2 miles from house, bus is approx. 1 mile. Cal Train is 1 1/2 miles away. CordeValle Golf Course/ Rosewood Inn (5 star) is 1 block away.
