You will be renting a private apartment on the main floor which has three bedrooms with a full size bathroom, kitchen and living room. Our space is great for groups of friends or families!! A few things people love about our property : it is spacious, always clean, we are committed to providing you and your family a comfortable place to stay :-) Please be advised that the city of Niagara Falls is an "urban" city, somewhat economically depressed, that can leave a lot to be desired in some areas. Not glamorous - but certainly is a place to make wonderful memories! Guest access Welcome to our "smart home" - NO KEYS NEEDED! Upon booking you will be provided with the pin code used to access the unit. Other things to note IMPORTANT PET INFORMATION: We are pet friendly, however please ask first. If we accept your pet request, there is a $25 PET FEE per pet per night. The pet fee will be requested after a booking has been confirmed and must be payed before arrival.
