Spacious Private Walkout Basement Apt 30 min to DC

We are located in the beautiful and safe suburbs of Germantown, MD around 30-40 min from DC. Located near stores and very close to bus stops that drop off at the Shady Grove Metro Station, you will love the location! Furnished with all your needs this is the perfect space for your stay. You will have access to WiFi & shared laundry. You will have your own bedroom w/ closet and living room area with microwave, fridge, TV w/ Netflix, YouTube, & a collection of over 200 DVD classics to choose from. The space You will be staying in the basement of our townhome. You will have your own private entrance in the back of the house accessed through our fenced backyard. Though there is automated lighting in our backyard, expect low visibility at the lockbox on the fence if you plan to come in after dark. You can expect a normal level of noise associated with family living during the day and quiet after 10p. In addition to a private bedroom and bathroom you will enjoy a spacious living room with a full size refrigerator and microwave provided for your private use! We also hope you will enjoy our collection of over 200 classic DVD’s and our Blu Ray device with access to Netflix and YouTube provided for your private use. Guest access Guests will not have access to the rest of the house, however use of stove/oven in upstairs kitchen can be arranged.
