No bicycles are permitted in the enclosed porch or in the house - bicycles must be secured outdoors. Damage in excess of normal wear and tear will be documented and deposit offset. PARKING: Free on-site parking - 3 vehicles - strictly enforced. Guest access Our year-round cottage is situated on a larger than typical corner lot. Guests have full access to the living space and patio. Privacy is enhanced by extensive tall hedges, Fencing, and ornamental grass plantings. Other things to note Cottage must be left clean and in comparable condition to check-in. Cleaning supplies are provided by hosts. Saturday to Saturday rental during June-August season.
